The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and some restaurants. the rooms are clean and well-equipped. it's hard to get a taxi unless it's called in advance.

The staff had limited English abilities which made the check-in process difficult for some guests.

Christmas at this hotel was a great experience! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room itself was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to many shops and restaurants. The view from the window was simply stunning, especially at night. The breakfast offered was also very satisfying, plenty of options to choose from, both Western and local cuisine.

There were some issues that took away from the overall experience. The elevators were a bit slow and there was no drinking water provided in the room.

We truly loved our stay at this hotel. One of the best aspects was its location. The hotel was conveniently situated within walking distance to two metro stations, making it easy for us to reach all of our desired destinations. Additionally, there were plenty of good restaurants in the surrounding neighbourhood for all ages. We found ourselves spoilt for choice with a variety of cuisines to choose from.

The hotel was not obvious to find, which posed a challenge for us, especially when we had luggage to carry. Despite this, we are still very satisfied with our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in this city.
